Dr. Haifaa Younis - Founding Board Member & Instructor
Dr. Haifaa Younis is a graduate of Mecca Institute of Islamic Studies (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia). 
She has completed memorization of the Quran and is currently in the process of completing Ijazza in the Quran (Hafis through Asim). Dr. Haifaa Younis has also studied with Shukh and attended individual courses and lectures on many subjects such as Aqeeda, Fiqh, usual Fiqh, Hadeeth, and Tazkyaa (purification of the soul). She is also an American board certified practicing Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
She is a founder of Jannah Institute and teaches seminars on the thematic commentary of various chapters of the Holy Qur’an and their practical relevance in our day to day living and offers retreats on key topics that inspire hearts, combining the inner essence of Islam with outward expression of practice.

Sister Albina Mujakovic - Administrator
Sister Albina received her BS in 2006 from Maryville University in St. Louis. Her professional experience includes ten years in financial management and seven years in customer service. Outside of work, Sister Albina is a committed member in our community. She enjoys organizing activities for the youth.  She resides in St. Louis with her husband and three young children.
She currently takes care of all administrative tasks for Jannah Institute.

Ustadha Fauz Rahman - Pearls Coordinator & Instructor
Ustadha Fauz was born in India and moved to the St. Louis region at the age of 15. She graduated from St. Louis University in 2013 with a BS in Psychology. She played an active role in the start of the Project Downtown St. Louis non-profit and served as Service coordinator for the 2013-14 year.
She started her journey to memorize Quran in the summers between school while completing her BS. After graduating, she focused on hifdh and completed her memorization in January 2015.
She currently serves as the Pearls Coordinator and is the memorization teacher for Pearls 1 & 2.

Ustadha Rana Kaziz- Pearls & Weekend Instructor
Ustadha Rana earned her BA in English literature at the Syrian University in Damascus. She memorized the Quran in Beirut, Lebanon with Shaykha Nahed Khalil Mohammad Khattab and received her ‘ijaazah (certification) of recitation in the way of Hafs’ an ‘Asim from the highest authority of Quran memorization in Syria: Shaykh Muhyee ad Deen AlKurdi. She has taught Quran with tajweed and Al -Jazariyya for the last 11 years.
Ustadha Rana is the memorization teacher for Pearls 3 and classes for our weekend courses.

Ustadha Dua Aldasouqi - Media Coordinator & Pearls Instructor
Ustadha Dua received her Islamic Education from the Qalam Institute Seminary in Dallas, TX under the instruction of Sheikh AbdulNasir Jangda and Mufti Hussain Kamani. Professionally, she holds a BS in Dietetics and MA in Health and Risk Communication from Michigan State University and serves as a clinical dietitian in the nursing home setting. Her heart and passion lies in serving the Muslim Community and she hopes to be able to continue her Islamic Education.
Ustadha Dua teaches Islamic Etiquette to the Pearls 3 students and serves as Media Coordinator.

Ustadha Maryam Marchich - Pearls & Quranic Arabic Instructor
Ustadha Maryam's love for the Arabic language can be traced back to before she accepted Islam. She first studied Arabic while completing her undergraduate degree in French. Years later she formally pursued Arabic at the Institute of Islamic & Arabic Sciences in America where she completed 7 out of the 8 levels offered before the institute was closed. In 2012 she then completed the Bayyinah Dream Program and has been teaching for over 15 years. In 2013  she moved to St. Louis to teach Quranic Arabic at Jannah Institute. She currently teaches Quranic Arabic to the Pearls as well as adults.

Ustadha Naureen Aziz - Pearls Prep & Weekend Instructor 
Ustadha Naureen is an Itqaan Tajweed Program Graduate from Jannah Institute. She received her Undergraduate degree from St. Louis University majoring in Biology and a Master’s Degree from University of Missouri majoring in Molecular Biology. She has passion for teaching and her main focus in working with youth is to make her classes fun, interesting and foster love of the Quran and Islam. 
 Ustadha Naureen is currently teaching our Pearls Prep students and classes for our weekend courses.

Ustadha Alaa Kuziez - Itqaan & Weekend Instructor
Ustadha Alaa completed hifdh at 16. She studied at Bader Al-Deen Al-Hasani Institute in Damascus, Syria under Ustadha Majedah Mostafa Akkad and earned an 'ijaaza (certification) of recitation in the way of Hafs’ an ‘Asim from the Head of Sham Quran Recitals, Shaykh Mohamad Kraim Rajeh, and an 'ijazah from the highest authority of hifdh in Syria, Shaykh Mohamad Nizar Muhudeen Alkurdi. She also received an 'ijaaza in Al-Jazariyya and is studying Al-qiraat as-sab’a wa ash-Shaatibiyyah.
She currently teaches the first batch of Itqaan graduates and classes for our weekend courses.

Ustadha Shaista Ahmad - Itqaan & Weekend Instructor
Ustadha Shaista is originally from Pakistan and moved to St. Louis, MO nine years ago. She received medical degree from Pakistan. She started learning  tajweed online then  joined the Itqaan program with Jannah Institute.
​She now teaches Itqaan and tajweed weekend courses.
